Public Offer and Terms for Purchasing Digital Goods on VoxAudio
This document is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Payment for a digital product, subscription or gift certificate constitutes acceptance of this offer and confirms the user's agreement to its terms.
1. Definitions
VoxAudio is an online service providing access to digital audiobooks, previews, a personal library, a protected player, subscriptions and gift certificates.
User means an individual registered on VoxAudio or using the website to browse the catalog or purchase digital access.
Digital product / digital access means access to an audiobook, chapter, subscription, personal library, protected player or other digital content without a physical medium.
2. Subject of the offer
VoxAudio enables users to purchase digital access to audiobooks, individual chapters, subscriptions to the available catalog and gift certificates.
No physical delivery is provided. Access is delivered electronically through the user account after successful payment confirmation.
3. Contract formation
Publication of this document constitutes a public offer. The user accepts it by registering, placing an order, selecting required consent boxes and/or paying.
Before payment, the user must review this offer, purchase terms, refund terms and the Personal Data Policy.
4. Digital goods purchase terms
- the user understands that the purchase concerns digital access rather than a physical item;
- the user agrees that access will be provided after successful payment confirmation;
- the user understands that full access may be provided immediately after payment;
- audio files, access links, certificate codes and other VoxAudio materials must not be copied, distributed, transferred, published or made publicly available;
- a gift certificate is a digital code that may be activated once;
- a subscription provides access for the limited period stated at purchase.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website when the order is placed. Payment is processed through connected payment providers.
Access is provided after successful confirmation. In some cases confirmation may require additional processing time.
6. Subscription
A subscription provides access to available digital content for the selected period. Access may end when the period expires.
VoxAudio may change the catalog and technical materials provided this does not affect paid access already granted to separately purchased books.
7. Gift certificates
A gift certificate is a digital code granting access to the specified book, subscription or other digital access.
It may be activated once and access is assigned to the activating account. The recipient or purchaser is responsible for sharing the code with third parties.
8. Refunds
A refund may be available if access was not provided due to a technical error, payment was charged incorrectly, or support did not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
A refund may be limited or unavailable after full access is provided and use begins, unless mandatory Russian law provides otherwise.
The request must include the account email, payment date, method, amount and a description of the issue.
Timing and method depend on the payment provider.
9. Use restrictions
- copy, download, distribute or publicly post audio files without express permission;
- circumvent technical access controls;
- share login credentials, access links or certificate codes with third parties;
- use VoxAudio content commercially without written permission;
- violate Russian law or third-party rights.
10. Personal data
VoxAudio processes data required for registration, contract performance, access provision, payment processing, purchase records and communication.
Separate consent is obtained where required by Russian law.
11. Technical limitations
VoxAudio uses download restrictions, a protected player, temporary links, access checks and logging. The ability to play content does not grant permission to copy or distribute it.
12. Liability
VoxAudio is not liable for access problems caused by the user's device, unstable internet, blocking, payment, hosting or telecom providers, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Governing law
The relationship is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes should first be negotiated and otherwise resolved under Russian law.
14. Changes
VoxAudio may amend this offer. A new version takes effect on publication unless stated otherwise. Orders already paid for remain subject to the terms in force at payment unless the law requires otherwise.
